What is Salvation?
Salvation is the "saving" of a sinner from the righteous judgment of God. When someone appeals to God and seeks forgiveness in Jesus Christ his sins are forgiven. He is cleansed. His relationship with God is restored, and he is made a new creature (2 Cor. 5:17). All of this is the work of God, not man. Salvation is a free gift (Rom. 6:25).
We are saved from damnation. When anyone sins, and we all have (Rom. 3:23; 6:23), he deserves eternal separation from God (Isaiah 59:2). Yet, because of His love and mercy, God became a man (John 1:1, 14) and bore the sins of the world in His body on the cross (1 Pet. 2:24; 1 John 2:2). We are forgiven when we realize that there is nothing we can do to earn the favor of God and we put our trust in what Jesus did for us on the cross (Eph. 2:8-9; 1 Cor. 15:1-4). Only God saves. The only thing we bring to the cross is our sin.

What Must I Do To Be Saved?
_____________________________________
EVERY PERSON IS GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY
TO GET RIGHT WITH GOD
For God so loved the world
that He gave His one and only Son (Jesus Christ),
that whoever believes in Him (Jesus Christ)
shall not perish (die and go the hell)
but have eternal life
John 3:16

EVERY PERSON IS SINFUL AND SEPARATED FROM GOD
For ALL have sinned
and fall short of the glory of God.
Romans 3:23
For the wages of sin is death
Romans 6:23

EVERY PERSON HAS BUT ONE WAY TO REACH GOD
Jesus said to him,
"I am the way and the truth and the life,
no one comes to the Father (God) except through me."
John 14:6
Christ died for our sins...
Jesus was buried....
He was raised on the third day, according to the scriptures.
1 Corinthians 15:3-6

EVERY PERSON IS CALLED TO MAKE A PERSONAL DECISION
TO RECEIVE AND ACCEPT JESUS CHRIST
AS LORD AND SAVIOR
But as many as received Him (Jesus Christ),
to them He gave the right to become children of God,
even to those who believe in His name.
John 1:12
For by grace you have been saved through faith;
and that not of yourselves,
it is the gift of God,
not as a result of works, that no one should boast.
Ephesians 2:8-9

EVERY PERSON MUST INVITE JESUS CHRIST INTO THEIR LIFE.
AND
ACCEPTING JESUS CHRIST MEANS REPENTING
and TURNING TO
GOD.
"Behold, I (Jesus Christ) stand at the door and knock;
if anyone hears My voice and opens the door,
I will come in to him...."
Revelation 3:20

You, too, can accept Jesus Christ this moment
Are you ready to change your life forever? Would you like to invite Jesus Christ
into your heart? No matter what you've done, it's forgivable! God promised
it in 1 John 1:9 - If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive
us our sins and purity us from all unrighteousness.
Accept Jesus Christ this moment by asking Him to come into your life. You can
do this by praying a prayer like this:
Dear Lord Jesus,
I believe You are the Son of God. I believe you died for me on the cross and
shed Your blood for my salvation. I believe you rose from the dead and
ascended on high. I believe You are coming back again to earth. Dear Jesus,
I am a sinner. Please forgive me. Cleanse me now with Your precious blood.
Come into my heart. Save my soul right now. I give you my life. I receive
You now as my Savior, my Lord, and my God. I am Yours forever, and I will
serve You and follow You the rest of my days. From this moment on, I belong
to You only. I no longer belong to this world, nor the enemy of my soul.
I belong to You, and I am born again. Amen!
By praying this prayer, confessing your sins, and receiving Jesus Christ into
your heart, God has given you the right to become His forgiven child. The Bible
gives you this assurance: "But as many as received him, to them he gave
the power to become the sons of God, even to them who believe on his
name" (John 1:12).
